Scott Brown delivered the final remarks for "The Glory of Jesus Christ" conference by speaking on the joy of Christ as mediator. God ordained His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to be a mediator for joy. God calls us to behold the glory of Christ so that we would be consumed with Him.

Pulling from John Owen, Brown gave four results of beholding the glory of Jesus Christ:

1. Beholding the glory of Jesus Christ is the greatest refuge you could ever have.
2. Beholding the glory of Jesus Christ is a source of encouragement in this world.
3. Beholding the glory of Jesus Christ will bring satisfaction to your soul.
4. Beholding the glory of Jesus Christ is the only true source of transformation in your life.

Beholding the Lord Jesus Christ is not a mystical experience, on the contrary it's very simple: Behold His beauty as revealed in the Word of God. It contains all that you need, and you will never get to the bottom of it. His glory will saturate every area of your life; and the more you behold it, the more you will be drawn in.
